My name is Camila Estefanía Álvarez Merchán, I was born in Quito, Ecuador on December 26, 1997. In my childhood I was passionate about how images, illustrations and photographs, gave a message through their art, which evolved into my interest in studying digital communication in mention in social networks, where I could learn how digital marketing works and its environment.
I worked for a while as a marketing coordinator in a private health entity where I realized what I could do and what I had left to learn. I have had many work challenges in my professional life that I have tried to accomplish with the values I have acquired from my family and the people around me. I decided to take the initiative to take the professional photography program offered by Red River College in Canada.
Considering a challenge to learn and validate my experience in another language but with the objective of expanding my knowledge and adapting new skills to compete with the working world that we face every day. I believe in myself and in the qualities that characterize me, I am a promoter of the new, I fight for what I want, I perform my activities with dedication and professionalism, I consider that I have ethics and my own brand, I propose ideas of value after having been analyzed for the fulfillment of the objectives of the organization and personal growth.
I am learning about myself and this new world of photography, I am afraid but that motivates me to discover who I can really become. In this program I also had the opportunity to play different styles that photography provides, such as: Landscapes, portraits, fine arts, product or commercial, in short. There are many different styles or genres within this world. I realized that in the course of these months I really like portraits, where you can capture every feature of a person's face. I will share with you some of the portraits I have worked on, and I still plan to continue doing so.
